I am the proud owner of a '63 Fairlane 500 (the last of the finned fords) Re-built motor, New paint, New Brakes, sway bar, etc.
Future plans include interior restro.

Sounds like a nice car. I don't know exactly when, but we hope to have the ability to post photos on the forums. With as many sites as we have, we're having to take baby steps through this process.
When we do, maybe you can post some photos of it.

I also have a '63 Fairlane 500. I am looking to exchange info with others who are also in the process. I am doing a resto-mod with my car. Got some stuff started (completed my interior upgrade), got a lot more to do, engine , trans, suspension, etc. You can check out my car at http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2129621. Lookin' forward to hearing from you.

Parts interchange manual says no on the fairlane and yes on the mustang 64 1/2 -66 as Slim said.
