I was going down the road and tried to turn on my high beams as soon as i did all my head lights now do not work. all that works is my emergency flashers and inside dome and taillights. PlZ HELP

Thank you every one who at least read my problem but i figured it out I. my fuse blow. I feel so stupid I did not look at that first

Good that you found that one. Sometimes you don't think to check the obvious stuff. I would never admit to over engineering a fix to a simple problem.
You may also run into the problem where you install modern headlights and the lights cut out after a bit. The older headlight switches can get overloaded and will trip internally. Oddly enough, this problem doesn't usually show up until after dark, so it can come as quite a suprise.
