Bracket the URL with [img] start and stop tags. Use img with brackets to start, then the URL, then /img with brackets at the end

Just like this:
"IMG"http://i59.photobucket.com/albums/g299/MustangFan66/HPIShelby03.jpg"/IMG"
you would type or copy the url of your image within these IMG tags and use brackets (next to the letter P on your keyboard) instead of the quotes here (used to allow tags to display)
becomes this:
![]()
Now you try it! ![]()

That's the wrong bracket Steve. Correct key, but don't press SHIFT... You want to use [ and ]
So, your image above with the correct brackets is now:
