i am looking at building a stroker for a 351 windsor i was wondering which stroker would be the best for a 67 coupe which one is the simpliest and best for the money iam looking for street use but must beat a zo6 i would like to purchase it as a kit any help would be appriciated

You should check out Coast High Performance's
website. They offer  393, 408, and  427 stroker kits for the 351W. If you aren't sure call them and they can point you in the right direction. I'm building a 393 for a '65 and a 331(302 block)for  '66. The 393 will be around 550hp and the 331 400hp. You will need to consider aftermarket heads, intake, exhaust and upgrade your ingnition to make the most of the added displacement.There are several other companies out there such as Scat, Probe, and others too so shop around before you buy. The 393 is usually considered the easiest and most cost effective because it uses a readily available 3.85 stroke crank, stock length 351W rods and 302 pistons.  As for beating the Z06, that depends on the final tune up.
