Hi Guys No wonder I didn't get any feed-back I changed me e-mail address but didn't changed it here on this forum (Stupid Me)
ITS CHANGED NOW !
Problems: Need your Help Guys.
I cut out passenders rusty side and installed new inner rocker panel (came out nice ) However, I also make a cut right alone side the rear torque box in order to free-up rusty rear floor pan.
After a couple of days I notice a 5/16in. GAP between the r/torque box and the rear floor pan.
I tried closing the gap by using a nylon strap with a come-along NO DICE.
QUESTIONS PLEASE:
1. How do I close that gap ? 2. Have any you guys gone through this like me and corrected the problem?
I'll wait till I hear from you guys before I make any moves.
Thanks Guys GOD BLESS

Schooner,
I hope that I am not to late here - Just joined this site. I had to change Both front torque boxes, both rocker panels, and the 4 floor pans. Started off fun but quickly become a big job. I closed up the gaps by using sheet metal screws to suck the two together. Welded up all of the seams then removed the screws and welded up the holes where the screws were. The gaps that I could not close I slugged with flat bar. Not a pretty finish, but under the carpet
