i need some help. -_- my carb. isnt working right. there seems to be a slurrping noise coming from it. we think it might have some sort of leak/hole. well...i wanted to know if there were any places in the culver city area that we good and honest. i took it to this once place, but he still hasnt fixed it right. any suggestions would be appreciated!! thanx!!  

Sorry, don't know of any shops in your area, but you might want to check the base gasket between the carb and intake. It sounds like you might have a leak there. Other places to check are the throttle shafts and accelerator pump. If the idle is too high you might be transfering off the idle circuit and dribbling gas into the carb at idle. What brand, model number, and cfm are we talking about here?
