I was installing an antenna in my 68 mustang and when I removed the access panel in the wheel well I discovered that the fender was loose.  It is missing a bolt that goes into the bottom of the rocker panel.  The bolt is not accesable from the access panel, so how can I secure it.  Seems like it needs some sort of Jack nut or blind fastner.  Any help much appreciated.
