Ok, jokes aside, mine are the SHO version. All three, 91,92,95, have the 5sp manual transaxle.
Ok, Ok, I have other Blue Oval stuff too. It's a 70 vintage 429 SCJ engine, with a 460 crank for some added displacement. Problem is, it's in the basement, not out in my project 78 Bronco.

Glad to have you here PJ...
While our magazine focus is strictly classic stuff (nothing newer than the late '70s) on the forum here we're a little more open to other Fords. It's all in the family right?
I remember working on Super Ford magazine back in the day and Tom Wilson had an SHO. '89 I believe. We put a shifter upgrade in it, suspension, and a few other tweaks...
I've seen them with blowers and with nitrous on them...
Again, welcome aboard, and lets see some photos of the Bronco!

I have been around a few SHO cars, and they are some of the modern overlooked muscle. They are not the fastest thing on the road, but they can sure surprise a few people! If I remember right, they are around 280 HP, yamaha engine, and all came with the 5-speed, no automatics allowed. I've always wondered if you could put the 5-speed in a normal Taurus.
2001 Mustang GT, 66 Galaxie 500, 72 F-100 2wd, 76 F-250 4wd, 86 Bronco, 69 Bronco, and a yard full of parts cars!

They were closer to 220hp in the V-6/five-speed, and later they had the larger V-6 (3.2L I think) with auto ONLY...
In '96 the 3.4L V-8/Auto SHO was the redesign and the car was dropped in 2000...
Still, fun cars...
