Not sure what I had this morning, could not read the placards.  Had to beg for an omlette as no special K available.  These Koreans eat a lot of cabbage and rice, to much milk in the coffee.  The Hyundai line rules the day - have diesels in the small SUV's,  kinda appreciate the efficiency.  Pretty clean though.

(Misplaced in Korea but returning to the south!)

If im not having bacon and eggs.  I usually do a fiber cereal with bluberries and blackberries/ blueberries and rasberries or blueberries and bannanas. I do orange juice and a shot of pomegranate.  Then maybe a cup of coffee.

Well, I had two eggs scrambled soft, topped with Pace salsa, and buttered potato bread toast washed down with a mug of OJ. I used to have Kellogg's Toasted Honey Crunch most days, but they seem to have discontinued it, so now I'm having to make do with whatever I can come up with. Tried Honey Bunches of Oats, but it sucks. Had to load it up with sugar to get any flavor out of it. I hate when companies drop a product I like, and it's been happening all my life. Dang!
