Another magazine merger. I used to subscribe to Super Fords from the early 80's when Ford started building hot cars again. Then I bought an 85 GT and subscribed to 5.0 mag. Then those 2 mags merged in the late 90's. But the editor was honest and said if you want to see vintage Fords, this is not the mag for you. They have never got another dime from me. I'm a Ford man first, then a Mustang guy. So the ONLY mag for me was Mustangs & Fords. I want to see vintage Fords! I loved the feature on the 65 Comet wagon. How many modified late model Mustangs do we really need to see? So last week I go to the mailbox and here's an issue of MM&FF? A free issue I thought. OH NOOOO!!! another merger. I go to the back of the mag to look for my favorite 'regular' Rare Finds. Not there. Not good. I look through the mag for a Ford feature, I find 1, one. Not good. How many modified late model Mustangs? 3, three. Not good. I go back to my June 2008 Mustang & Fords. Three vintage Ford features and no modified late model Mustangs. Looks like this new mag is not for me, I'll be looking on the rack to see what's out there now. Here we go again. Blueovalfordman...

BOFM, Please give the new book a few issues. As I noted in another post, I was a huge fan of SF myself (subscribed before I worked for them!)...
The July issue had no late-model non-Mustangs quite simply due to the fact that the magazine we merged with had NO features of cars like that since they ONLY did Mustangs. We're tweaking the book with each issue and soon you'll see non-Mustang late-model features (just like SF used to do). We'll feature SHO's, Maruaders, T-Birds and Cougars, etc.
Hang in there, you'll soon see some changes I think you'll like...
