I am in the process of restoring my 65 falcon convertable. I am putting in a heid's ifs front end in and I'm considering a 4 link bolt in for the rear by ari ride technoligies. Now they don't make a set up for a 65 falcon convertable but they do make one for a 65 mustange (did not specify as to whether it was for a convertable or not, i don't think there is a difference in the suspension from coupes to convertables though). My question is does anyone know if the rear end bolt up points on a 65 mustang are the same as they are on a 65 falcon?

65 Falcon and 65 Mustang should be basically the same platform.  The Falcon broke away from that in 66.  Front end parts swap except for the center link.  You might ask them for some mounting point dimensions then go over your 65 with a yard stick and see.
