Since this Modified Mustangs & FORDS (as in Ford Motor Company Products) let's give the Lincolns a bit of love. What's the best Lincoln of all time? I think this one's a toss up. Classic - 1965 Lincoln Continental convertible sedan. Modern 1987 1/2-92 Mk VII LSC - the American BMW 6-series - loved it when new, still do today and they're cheap! Any thoughts?

You left out probably the most underrated and best sleepers of all time --- the 1993 to 1998 Lincoln Mark VIII model.  I was the previous owner of a 1995 Mark VIII LSC and with the 4.6 DOHC 32-Valve motor found in the ’96 and up Cobras and ‘03/04 Mach 1.  It was a great performer.  With a Chip and Dynamax mufflers I used to call mine a 4000-pound Cobra with auto.

I also owned a 91 Mark VII LSC at one time also and it was like driving a 4000-pound Mustang GT with auto (LOL).

They were and are both great personal performance cars that handle, stop, and go with the best of them.  I also took both of mine to the drag strip many a time and surprise many people.  Here’s a link to a few pic’s of my ’95 Mark VIII LSC with Cobra R rims:

The 1992 Lincoln Mark VII LSC SE  5.0L HO .... it was the last of an era.  The model years ran from 1984 - 1992. Class, Luxury and Speed. 'nuff said!
