How can I tell if my 67fairlane's Magnum 500 wheels are disc brake wheels? They are 14 inch. Some of the disc brake swaps say they will clear 14 disc brake wheels. I am going to keep the 500 wheels-even if I have to buy 15 inchers. But, I would rather just keep what I have for now. Thanks

We had Magnums on the Mustang and they fit on Granada swap calipers and rotors.  These were misc Magnums pick up here and there, 14" on the front.  The calipers needed to be ground some on the top but that is usually the case with those kind of calipers and 14" wheels.  Same issue with the old ET mags I have.  A flap wheel and an angle grinder on the casting line makes quick work of it.  Grinding doesn't hurt the caliper, they are really very thick.  I have never seen or read anything that says there is a "disk brake" Magnum - they just are what they are.  Depending on the swap parts, you may or may not have an issue and a small interference issue can be quickly corrected.

Thanks for the reply. I am goin to try to keep my 14s for now, but before I am finished with the car, I will go with 15s for more options.
