Ranchero Seat Swap..T-Bird?

Was it in Car Craft or Mustangs and fords that I read about t-bird seats bolting into a project Ranchero? Anyone know anything about this? Thanks. Al

The only thing that I can remember was from the previous editor, Jeff Ford. He was building a '66 Ranchero a few years back and had picked up T-Bird or Granada, etc. (some '70s seats) to use in the project. I don't remember if they worked with their own seat tracks or if he modded them or what.
There could have been something in CC as well, but I don't regularly read that book so I couldn't tell you...
Sorry, that's all I remember. If you saved old issues I would have to hazard a guess it was from 2003 or there abouts.

This is a 1965 Ranchero with 2002 T-Bird seats....

To match the paint, these 2002 Thunderbird all leather seats with teal inserts were scored on Ebay.
