Rebodying a 2005 Mustang GT with a 1970 Mustang Shell: Pics & Video

Never seen a Cougar done this way, but I have been following a website where they are rebodying a 2005 Mustang GT with a 1970 Mustang shell. They are setting the hood up to flip forwards. I know there was a similar flip done last year in one of the Mustang mags (this one perhaps?). That was a blue car.

Pretty amazing the similarities in the bodies. A lot of work to be sure, but it doesn't seem as difficult as you'd first think.
Be cool to see the finished car.

Interesting how they moved the wheel openings, changing the outward look of the Mach's body, versus fitting the S197 chassis to the body by lengthening it like the Julian brothers did with their SN-65 project ('65 fastback body shell over a '03 Cobra Mustang chassis)...
