torque box

I am having a problem getting my torque box to fit. they stick up a little bit above the floor. is that normal. are the suppose to sit up past the floor a little bit in the upper right corner. any help would be much appreicated. basic measurements or something.

MH, please post year and model and which one you are trying to install (front or rear, left or right) and you should get a better response...

I have a 1970 fastback, and i am trying to install front torque boxes, on both sides

I'm not familiar with the '69/'70 too much (other than the fact I want to build a Boss 302 clone some day!) LOL
I'll check with my friend who owns a restoration shop and get his comments on it...

i think that i have figured it out. but they are the same as the 67 and 68. your pics of your project of the pros are helping. so thanks for the good pics
