My horn on my 66 ford mustang starts honking when I turn. Any ideas on how To fix it ?

This is usally an indication that the horn button/ring springs and isolators are worn out. This is often a bigger problem on the deluxe/woodgrain wheel, but can happen to the standard wheel as well.
Also make sure the steering column isn't too close the back of the wheel, as it can cause a short too...
Just about any Mustang parts vendor can set you up with the horn insulator kit, springs, contact plate, etc. to rebuild the back of your steering wheel...
