What would be the estimated power of this setup?

I have a stock 1988 non-HO 302 roller motor with stock EFI and E6SE heads.
The bottom end went out so I picked up a longblock that is a 90's 302 bored to a 306.
It has forged pistons and had D8OE heads and a hydrolic lifter cam. It is a Roller Block. I ripped off the heads and ported and polished the E6SE heads and freshened up the valve seats. I also gasket matched the intakes, throttlebody and exhaust manifolds. I evened out the CFM's of the lower stock intake with the porting there.(as much as I think I could) The guy I got the 306 from said that the pistons raised the stock compression of the 302 that it was to 1 point higher. He says the block is from 1993. The motor has less that a few thousand miles on it. I am putting the stock roller cam and its parts as well as a double roller timing chain and a high volume oil pump. The exhaust system will be stock with the smog crap and one flowmaster. That is just the means I have and how it all ended up to come together.
What kind of power would this setup make for the engine itself? With the emissions and single exhaust. And without?
Also, Will the exhaust manifolds from a 91-93 Thunderbird 5.0 and the torque converter be a possibility for an improvement?
I would like to stick with production equipment. My goal is efficiency, less wear and vibration, and dependable power.
I am not planning on any other upgrades other than a better air cleaner.

Like Falcon67 said, you left out some information. What body is this motor in? Suggestions to help you improve what you have depends on good details. I don't like a high-volume pump on a street car. My brother put on on his t-bird, and it kept blowing oil filters!!!!! IMHO Fords suffer from ignition power, MSD is my choice...I put a MSD 5 on my stock 200 ci 80 Mustang, got 4 more miles per gallon, made a ram air system with stock Mustang parts, and it would do 115 coming into Flagstaff ARIZONA, running with a El Cameno....SOOOO...A k+N air filter. open up air flow to motor, and improve ignition.

I originally posted the topic-Relating to the power output overall. Also considering what the power would be at the rear wheels through an AOD in a 3700lb.,4door car.

5.0 block bored to a 306
stock m1a crank and rods
aftermarket pistons raising the compression 1 point
1988 e6se heads ported and polished
1988 nonHO/stock efi system with ported intakes, especially the lower
gasket matched stock exhaust manifolds
stock exhaust pipes w clear cats and 1 flowmaster
Stock roller cam and lifters

Do I need a special oil filter to run a high volume oil pump?
What would happen if I used a High volume water pump, a stock replacement truck one? Will I have to get a bigger than stock radiator?
Florida is hot and soupy, I need to run cool and smooth.

What if I put pertronix and a dual plane street intake with a 650 edelbrock 4bbl carb and electric choke as well as an electric fan?
that is the ultimate plan down the road as the EFI is SOO many wires and hoses and crap! I love the sound though-
and that seamless throttle response-
I don't feel like headers are worth the trouble sometimes, would the stock exhaust headersmanifolds from a 1991-93 Thunderbird 5.0. be an improvement and line up with the stock exhaust?

Somewhere between 260 and 300HP maybe.
>Do I need a special oil filter to run a high volume oil pump?

Don't run an HV pump unless you have a specific need for it - an example would be extra clerances for running at 6500 RPM an above.

>What would happen if I used a High volume water pump, a stock replacement truck one? Will I have to get a bigger than stock radiator?
No, any of the HV pumps should work fine with the existing equipment.

>What if I put pertronix and a dual plane street intake with a 650 edelbrock 4bbl carb and electric choke as well as an electric fan?

About the same.

>I don't feel like headers are worth the trouble sometimes,
They are when matched with an improved intake system and the proper cam.
