What was the first month/year for this magazine. I suppose that would be the transition time from Mustang and Fords to the current publication. I am trying to complete my collection and cannot remember if I have all the issues.

The first issue of the merged title was July 2008. The last published issue of Mustang & Fords and Modified Mustangs as separate magazines were their respective June 2008 issues.

HTH is web forum acronym for "hope this helps"...

There's dozens of others, some fairly obscure, but they help keep the typing down when you answer a lot of messages...

AFAIK- as far as I know
FWIW- for what it's worth
IMHO- in my humble opinion

etc...

I don't remember the name of the website, but there's several that list dozens of these...

Morning Tim...

The site is www.simbackissues.com

It looks like they only go back to Sept '08...

I may have July and August laying around the office to help with your collection. Please "pm" me a mailing address and I'll see what I can find. You can pm me by clicking on the private message link under your login name at the upper right...

How do I get a issue from May of 2006 when it was just Modified Mustangs?

And is Huw Evens and Jerry Heasley still around?

Unfortunately we do not have any issues from before the merger. The old Modified Mustangs was published in Canada before we purchased it and we never had issues in the Tampa office (since the book was not published here like Mustang & Fords was)...

You're best bet is to search online for someone selling their old magazines...

Jerry Heasley is still one of our freelancers/columnists, but unfortunately Huw is no longer associated with the magazine. He opted to do start his own business.

Well send him out my way, to take pic's of my new car!  Cool

I was in the May 2006 issue with my 2002 Mustang GT! Jerry is a great guy!

Is Huw still doing magazine stuff? That sucks he is not with ya'll anymore
