I got a 97 mustang gt it turns off when I come to A stop or when I turn real sharp any help

there could be several issues...
do you have the ability to use a shop towel while you hold the throttle wide open (engine off of course) and wipe the carbon from the throttle body bore where the throttle blade closes..
some have a green teflon coating that allows you to wipe it off easily..
others ... you will need to use something like autozone non chloronated brake cleaner... sprayed on the folded shop towel.. and wipe the carbon out of the bore.. wipe the throttle blade...
you will have to restart the engine and bring it to a fast idle... then slowly release and let the engine back to idle speed... this lets the computer relearn the idle air position..
you might also need to replace the idle air control valve... those hang up... sometimes you can clean them.. but its almost always easier to just replace it..
there are several other things that can cause this issue... but these are where to start...
