If I have a bad battery and my car turns on with the cables and if my car turns off while running is that a bad battery? Also it might be the control module the pick up coil or what can it be? I have to wait till the car cools down so I can start it up again but I disconnect my battery every time I get out my car because if I leave it on it won't start please help.

if your battery does not have over 12.50 volts.

either put it on your 3 to 10 amp charger.. for an hour.. or until the amp meter reaches it highest then starts to drop...   as soon as it starts to drop the battery is usually approaching full charge..  this means keeping an eye on the battery charger...

and hoping that they designed it to work that way... i have seen a few that will boil the battery to death really quickly..   i tore that one apart to use the diodes in other chargers.. i could not take a chance on that one cooking another battery..
