I bought a new clutch equalizer bar for a 65.  It does not have a grease fitting on it.  What type of grease/silicon should I use and how.

Mine doesn't have a grease fitting either. I use a little chassis grease and have good felts to keep grease in and dirt out.

you could always install a Zerk on ether end, and put a bar in between to take up space or it would use up a bit of grease to fill the bar.
